Slowly taking off
I have been writing about the Greek Real Estate market in the past few years of the Great Recession. Lately, all indicators point to the fact that the sector is emerging from the treacherous quicksand of depression.
Some areas are are already increasing in prices and transaction volume, others stabilize and some are still falling. Overall however the trend is clear. The worst days of this massacre are already behind us.
